If your item is received faulty or damaged we are more than happy to offer you a full refund or replacement. All you have to do is email us at wordsofaffection.com within 7days of receipt.
If you are not satisfied for any other reason we will happily offer you a full refund, all you have to do is email us at wordsofaffection.com and return your items back to us within 14days of receipt.

A full refund will be issued as long as items are unused and not damaged.
When we receive your return it will be inspected and you will receive an email advising if your refund has been approved, if approved a full refund will be processed with a credit going onto the card of your original payment method.
All cards will dispatched next working day if order placed before 6pm.

If your purchasing a personalised card please allow 1-2 days for dispatch, though we do still try our best to dispatch next working day.

All deliveries are sent via 1st class Royal Mail, this service is untracked. Royal Mail estimate that the majority of their post arrives the next working day but can take up-to 3 working days. Post may be delayed due to recent pandemic or bad weather conditions. Please check Royal Mail website if you require your delivery.
