Shipping Policy
All orders will be dispatched within 1 working day, if order is placed before 6pm. If you are purchasing a personalised card/gift please allow 1-2 working days for dispatch.

UK Standard shipping within 1-3 working days.
Standard Shipping fees via Royal mail on all products, price will vary depending on weight and quantity of your order.
Overseas deliveries will be shipped via Royal mail International tracked and traced, this service is trackable and you will be provided with a tracking number.
Overseas shipping fees is a flat rate £8.50, no matter the weight or quantity of your order.
Europe orders should be received within 7 working days.
United States/Canada orders should be received with 5-7 working days.
Rest of the world orders should be received within 14 days.

Return & Exchange Policy
If you would like to request a refund or exchange please email us within 14 days of receipt at:
Buyers are responsible for the return postage cost, and item/s need to be returned within 28 days of receipt. When item/s are received they will be inspected. If item/s are not returned in it's original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please note personalised products cannot be exchanged or refunded, unless damaged or defected.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt and issued via your original payment method.
